Eine zügige, ökologisch-ökonomisch ausgewogene und innovative Umsetzung der erforderlichen Infrastruktur wird mit der bestehenden Herangehensweise in Deutschland bisher nicht erreicht. Mit der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde am Beispiel des Tunnelbaus mit dem "Projektbegleitenden Öko-Controlling" ein grundlegendes Managementmodell entwickelt, das eine ökologisch-ökonomisch ausgewogene Projektrealisierung fördert.
Gamification of telematics data to enhance operators’ behaviour for improvement of machine productivity in loading cycles
Construction industry is suffering from low productivity rate in various projects such as excavation. Although this issue is discussed in literature and several approaches are proposed to address it, productivity rate is still low in construction industry compared to other domains like manufacturing. A gamified platform in which different operators from different organizations can share their achievements, or can get scored and ranked in a leader-board will potentially address this issue.
Entwicklung eines Entscheidungsunterstützungssystems (EUS) für die Auswahl von Verfahren zur Instandsetzung von Einkammerschleusen für die Schifffahrt unter laufendem Betrieb
Es wurde ein zweistufiges Entscheidungsunterstützungssystem (EUS) für die Auswahl von Instandsetzungsverfahren für Einkammerschleusen unter laufendem Betrieb entwickelt. Die Tabellenmethode des Choosing by Advantages Decision Making System (CBA) wurde ausgewählt, um die Basis des EUS zu bilden. Für die Verifikation und Validierung wurde ein allgemeingültiger Entscheidungsprozess, ein Tool sowie ein Seminar entwickelt. - A two-stage decision support system (DSS) was developed for the selection of maintenance procedures for single-chamber locks while they are in operation. The Choosing by Advantages Decision Making System (CBA) tabular method was selected to form the basis of the DSS. A generalized decision-making process, a tool, and a seminar were developed for verification and validation.
Untersuchungen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit von Building Information Modeling (BIM) in der Planungs- und Realisierungsphase von Bauprojekten
BIM wird als Chance gesehen, Bauprojekte verlässlicher fertigzustellen. Gleichzeitig werden verschiedene Herausforderungen diskutiert, die die Einführung erschweren. Bisher weniger im Fokus steht die Untersuchung der Wirtschaftlichkeit von BIM selbst. Ziel ist es daher, Aufwendungen und Nutzen von BIM bestimmbar zu machen. Im Ergebnis erhalten BIM-Anwender eine Hilfestellung, wie die Wirtschaftlichkeit einzelner BIM-Anwendungsfälle und damit in Summe von BIM bestimmt werden kann. - BIM is seen as an opportunity to complete construction projects more reliably. At the same time, various challenges are discussed that make the introduction more difficult. So far, there has been less focus on investigating the economic efficiency of BIM itself. The aim is therefore to make the expenses and benefits of BIM determinable. As a result, BIM users will receive assistance in determining the economic efficiency of individual BIM use cases and thus of BIM as a whole.
Wirksamkeit der Taktplanung aus Perspektive des Bauherrn am Beispiel von Produktionsimmobilien in der Automobilindustrie
Diese Arbeit analysiert den terminlichen Effekt, der durch den Einsatz der Taktplanung im Bauablauf aus Perspektive des Bauherrn auftritt. Es werden Mechanismen zur Manipulation der Projektdurchlaufzeit erarbeitet und weiterführende Wirkungen beschrieben. Für einen sinnvollen Umgang mit den zeitreduzierenden Effekten werden abschließend drei Parameter abgeleitet. Die Erkenntnisse der Arbeit werden in einer Handlungsempfehlung für Bauherren zum Einsatz der Taktplanung zusammengefasst. - This work analyses the time effect that occurs due to the use of takt planning and takt control during the construction process from the perspective of the client. At first the historical courses of takt planning and takt control (TPTC) are aggregated. For an appropriate handling of the time reducing mechanisms three parameters are derived. The findings of this work are summarized into a recommendation for the use of takt planning for owners.
Integrierte Projektabwicklung mit Mehrparteienverträgen – Untersuchungen zur Wirkung der vertraglichen Gestaltungsoptionen
Im Rahmen von IPA-Projekten versuchen die Projektbeteiligten im Allgemeinen ein System zu schaffen, das die individuellen Interessen der Beteiligten so aufeinander ausrichtet, dass ein opportunistisches Verhalten der Beteiligten keine negativen Folgen für das Projekt als Ganzes hat. Die vorliegende Arbeit systematisiert den aktuellen Kenntnisstand zur IPA und untersucht die Wirtschaftlichkeit dieser Ansätze. - participants in such a way that opportunistic behavior of the participants does not have negative consequences for the project as a whole. This paper systematizes the current state of knowledge on IPA and examines the economics of these approaches.
Anwendung von Lean-Prinzipien im Erdbau - Entwicklung eines Baustellenleitstands auf Basis von Virtual Reality
This dissertation deals with the development of a Virtual Reality-based construction site control centre for earth work in consideration of lean management principles. Beside the enhanced availability of information and increased transparency in presentation, a raise in the performance on-site by the use of a digital Kanban system could be proved.
Entwicklung eines Kooperationsmodells fuer die Transportlogistik im Baustoff-Fachhandel
Based on the consolidation of the consignment volume of cooperating building materials traders, the logistics network will be improved and the transport efficiency of the cooperation partners will be increased. In addition to the development, the cooperation model will be evaluated by simulations on the basis of real data and the impact of the cooperation model for the total drive distance of the cooperation partners will be examined.
