Ad apertura del primo numero di Imprese & Città il lettore trova un ampio articolo di Giulio Sapelli («Città, imprese e statualità: la triade in trasformazione») che sottolinea quanto in un Paese come il nostro sono le città e le comunità locali a fungere da centri di raccordo tra la rappresentanza funzionale e quella territoriale.
