This book describes a new type of behavior that occurs under conditions of frustration. It presents the experimental evidence for new behavior principles, integrates them with other known principles of frustration, shows the impact of the combined principles of frustration on psychological theory, and tests the theory by indicating how it affects our practical approach to problems of behavior.
