Reforma en materia de telecomunicaciones
La reforma en materia de telecomunicaciones constituye un análisis detallado y fáctico del sector de telecomunicaciones en México que enmarca la evolución y los puntos de discontinuidad. Se usan tres hitos en el análisis: la privatización de Telmex, la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones de 1995 y la Reforma Constitucional en Materia de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión de 2013. En el texto vemos que el sector de telecomunicaciones mexicano está avanzando en sincronía con el resto del mundo. No estamos retrocediendo, pero tampoco lo estábamos haciendo con la estructura institucional anterior. Sin embargo, haber conseguido una relativa discontinuidad en el nivel de inversión, condición necesaria para contar con un sector de telecomunicaciones acorde a nuestro país, da esperanza de que la Reforma sea juzgada por la historia como un éxito al haber conseguido sus objetivos de manera sustentable en el largo plazo.

Denial of Justice in International Law
Denial of justice is one of the oldest bases of liability in international law and the modern understanding of denial of justice is examined by Paulsson in this book, which was originally published in 2005. The possibilities for prosecuting the offence of denial of justice have evolved in fundamental ways and it is now settled law that States cannot disavow international responsibility by arguing that their courts are independent of the government. Even more importantly, the doors of international tribunals have swung wide open to admit claimants other than states: non-governmental organisations, corporations and individuals, and Paulsson examines several recent cases of great importance in his book.
