Im Wirtschaftsgeschehen kommt der Erzeugung von Dienstleistungen neben der Produktion von Sachgütern eine immer bedeutendere Rolle zu. Dieses Buch gibt einen Überblick über Anwendungen der Informationsverarbeitung in der Dienstleistungswirtschaft.
