Este libro se ha concebido como texto base de la asignatura Experimentación en Química Física y Química Analítica, para los contenidos de Química Analítica que se imparten en el 3.er curso del Grado en Químicas. Su objetivo es que el estudiante adquiera una visión general de las principales técnicas instrumentales que se emplean en los laboratorios relacionados con la Química Analítica, a la vez que desarrolla sus habilidades prácticas. En este texto se recogen los aspectos fundamentales de las distintas técnicas instrumentales analíticas de forma práctica, junto con sus principales aplicaciones y limitaciones. Asimismo, introduce al estudiante en el manejo correcto de la instrumentación propia de un laboratorio de Química Analítica, así como en la resolución, de forma práctica, de los problemas que en ellos se plantea. Por último, se ven algunos aspectos relacionados con el uso de técnicas estadísticas adecuadas que permiten determinar si los resultados de cada experimento son fiables o inciertos.
