Durante os encontros semanais, os autores e autoras tiveram a oportunidade de pensar criticamente acerca da formação do Estado Constitucional e Democrático de Direito; Constitucionalização do Direito e a centralidade dos Direitos Fundamentais; Características, dimensão, restrição e conteúdo essencial dos Direitos Fundamentais; Princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana e Teoria dos Direitos Fundamentais; Estrutura das normas de Direitos Fundamentais; Princípios e regras; e os debates na sala de aula foram encerrados a partir das teorias e ideias de Justiça desenvolvidas por John Rawls e Amartya Sen.

The Theory of Need in Marx
The basic discoveries underlying Marx's critique of political economy - labour power, surplus value, use value - are all in some way built upon the concept of need.
