Anayasa Hukukundaki Gelişmelerin Işığında Kamu Hukuku Sempozyumu (30-31 Temmuz 2021)
Günümüzde yaşanan değişim ve gelişmeler hukuk alanında sürekli sorunlar ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Anayasa ve diğer birçok temel yasalarda gerçekleştirilen değişikliler ve bunların yorumu ile ilgili yargı içtihatlarının ele alınması, uluslararası hukuktaki gelişmeler ışığında değerlendirilmesi önem taşımaktadır. Hukukçuların görevi, bu sorunlara çözüm üretmek, ülke ve insanımızın yararına olacak katkılarda bulunmaktır. Anayasa Hukukundaki Gelişmelerin Işığında Kamu Hukuku Sempozyumu bu düşüncelerle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sempozyumda sunulan tebliğlerden bir kısmı tam metin haline getirilerek yayınlanmak üzere gönderilmiş, gönderilen tam metinler yazarlarının talebi doğrultusunda hakem incelemesinden geçirilerek veya geçirilmeksizin yayına hazırlanarak sempozyum tam metin kitabı oluşturulmuştur. Sempozyumun organizasyonu ve gerçekleştirilmesine destek veren, emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederken, bu kitabın ilgililere yararlı olmasını dilerim.
A Transnational Account of Turkish Foreign Policy
This book offers an analysis of Turkish foreign policy based on transnational(ist) perspectives. In order to counterbalance the state-centric accounts that dominate this area of study, the authors provide theoretical frameworks as well as historical and contemporary case studies that emphasize transnational dynamics. The content is divided into four complementary sections that explain and exemplify transnational (f)actors in the context of Turkish foreign policy. The first addresses theoretical and ideational frameworks that illustrate the relevance of a transnational account, while the second demonstrates the possibility of developing transnationally oriented approaches even in historical cases, going beyond a presentist focus. In the third and fourth sections, the book focuses on two prominent non-state actors, namely diaspora communities and non-governmental organizations, which operate at the interstices of the domestic and the international. This allows the authors to highlight the significance of transnational dynamics in Turkey’s foreign policy.

As the outcome of the sixth international congress, the papers in this volume cover a wide range of topics related to the main theme of the conference, titled “Current Debates in Social Sciences”, and basically focus on economics and econometrics. Even though most of the papers deal with the empirical analysis, there are also studies on economic debate. In this context, the articles in the book draw attention to the different aspects of economics and econometrics such as behavioural economics, exchange rate, export and import relations in Turkey, electricity consumption and growth relations, game theory, health status of females ,impact of the Chinese economy on Turkish economy.
