Kegiatan PLP I ini dirancang dalam dua capaian, yaitu (1) membangun Jati diri pendidik dengan mengenal kultur sekolah, struktur organisasi sekolah dan tata kelola sekolah, peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah, dan kegiatan-kegiatan di sekolah. Antologi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri dalam berlatih melatih menulis karya tulis ilmiah sebagai calon seorang pendidik.
