Patterns of Pullulan Production from Molasses by Aureobasidium Pullulans
The patterns of pullulun production from molasses were studies using a 10 L bioreactor. During the cultivation, it was found that Aureobasidium pulluluns (De Bary) Arnaud performed a growth associated mode, in which the highest pullulun production (23.95 g/l) and the highest biomass production (26.3 g/l) were obtained at 144 h of cultivation.
