Bio-inspired Information and Communication Technologies
This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Bio-inspired Information and Communications Technologies, held in Shanghai, China, in July 2020. Due to the safety concerns and travel restrictions caused by COVID-19, BICT 2020 took place online in a live stream. Piezoelectric Actuators
Taking advantage of high resolution, rapid response, and compact structure, piezoelectric actuators are widely employed for achieving precision positioning in both scientific research and industrial application. With the development of science and technology, the requirements for precision positioning are increasing. Accordingly, great efforts have been made to improve the performances of piezoelectric actuators, and significant progress has been achieved. Advances in Mechanism and Machine Science
