Dabei müssen Leiharbeitnehmer gegenüber der Stammbelegschaft deutliche Nachteile in Kauf nehmen, denen nur wenige Vorteile gegenüberstehen - etwa eine leicht erhöhte Chance, einen Dauerarbeitsplatz zu finden.
