Kesepakatan yang dilakukan diantara 2 orang atau lebih dengan tujuan tertentu biasa disebut dengan Perjanjian atau Kontrak. Di dalam peraturan perundangundangan Hukum Perjanjian diatur dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata yaitu pada Pasal 1313 yang tertulis: “Suatu perjanjian adalah suatu perbuatan dengan mana satu orang atau lebih mengikatkan dirinya terhadap satu orang lain atau lebih.” “Perjanjian adalah suatu hubungan hukum mengenai harta benda antara dua pihak dimana satu pihak berjanji untuk melakukan suatu hal atau tidak melakukan suatu hal janji sedangkan pihak lain menuntut pelaksanaannya” (R. Wirjono Projodikoro, 1981).

Violent Conflicts in Indonesia
Indonesia is currently affected by many serious conflicts which have arisen as a result of a variety of ethnic, religious and regional tensions. Presenting important new thinking on violent conflict in the world’s largest Muslim-majority nation, this book examines a selection of conflicts in detail and discusses the nature of violence and the reasons behind violent outbreaks.
