Zero and infinity

Indeterminate forms are still an unresovled problem in science. This book provides a contribution to approach to the solution of this problem.

Analysis of Switching Resistive Circuits

To date, it is well known that it is impossible or at least meaningless to divide a number by zero. In the same respect, we are allowed to multiply by zero, to add zero, and to subtract zero. In other words, some operations with zero are allowed. Where does such a contradiction originates from, what is zero? Are the properties of zero responsible for such a no-go or today's valid mathematical rules, we have to take into account while operating with zero, or both or none? Is zero just really nothing, a number without any definite or distinct properties? Even after publication of many papers on the division by zero by different authors, including the authors of this book too, it turned out to be that there is no end in sight of this long lasting and not ending puzzle in mathematics and in science as such. The following book is designed to provide further evidence and to strengthen and to justify our confidence about the possibility of a logically consistent division by zero.

Theoriae causalitatis principia mathematica

This is the second edition of my book Theoriae causalitatis principia mathematica. It is an excellent book for self-study and a pragmatic help for researchers too. The formal proofs, a lot of exercises and figures plus unusually detailed solutions will help the reader, especially in medical and other biosciences. This book is designed to provide both, a new mathematical methodology for making causal inferences from experimental and nonexperimental data and the underlying (philosophical) theory. This monograph will continue to be of great importance, the reader will enjoy reading this book.

Time and Gravitational Field

Our investigations of what exists might seduce us to have little to say about an objective reality, in which nothing exists. The geometrical form of the four basic fields of nature are identified. The usual rules of tensor algebra have been used. Time is equivalent to gravitational field. The four basic field of nature are geometrized from another point of view. The geometrical structure of the fourth basic field of nature is identified. There is some evidence that pure non locality is a feature of an objective reality in one space-time dimension. At the end, the beginning of our world out of an empty negative appears to be possible.

This book gathers papers from the International Conference on Differential & Difference Equations and Applications 2017 (ICDDEA 2017), held in Lisbon, Portugal on June 5-9, 2017. The editors have compiled the strongest research presented at the conference, providing readers with valuable insights into new trends in the field, as well as applications and high-level survey results. The goal of the ICDDEA was to promote fruitful collaborations between researchers in the fields of differential and difference equations. All areas of differential and difference equations are represented, with a special emphasis on applications.
