We proudly present the proceedings of 4th International Conference on Economics, Business and Economic Education Science 2021 (ICE-BEES 2021). It has focus on the innovations in economics, business, education, environment, and sustainable development. The issue of economics and sustainable development is important today. Especially in the time of Covid-19. Not only globally, but also Indonesia nationally to the local level. Unity in Diversity and the Standardisation of Clinical Pharmacy Services represents the proceedings of the 17th Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP 2017), held 28—30 July 2017 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The primary aim of ACCP 2017 was to bring together experts from all fields of clinical pharmacy to facilitate the discussion and exchange of research ideas and results. The conference provided a forum for the dissemination of knowledge and exchange of experiences. As such, it brought together clinical pharmacy scholars, pharmacy practitioners, policy makers and stakeholders from all areas of pharmacy society and all regions of the world to share their research, knowledge, experiences, concepts, examples of good practice, and critical analysis with their international peers. This year also marks the celebration of 20 years of ACCP. Central themes of the conference and contributed papers were Clinical Pharmacy, Social and Administrative Pharmacy, Pharmacy Education, Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmacoepidemiology, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) and a number of related topics in the field of Pharmacy.

HR Governance
Human resource (HR) governance is a relatively new construct that has recently begun attracting more and more attention in both research and practice. As a part of corporate governance, it represents the internal and external normative framework of human resource management and its supervision in organizations. This book theoretically integrates HR governance with the related domains of corporate governance, general management, HR management, and leadership. By doing so, it provides scholars and practitioners in the field with a precisely delineated system of theoretical concepts for their work and helps to translate these concepts into concrete research questions and practical guidelines. By interpreting the new ISO 30408 norm on human governance and taking into account recent developments, the book helps to comply with and anticipate current and future HR regulations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our activities, like teaching, researching, and socializing. We are confused because we haven’t experienced before. However, as Earth's smartest inhabitants, we can adapt new ways to survive the pandemic without losing enthusiasm. Therefore, even in pandemic conditions, we can still have scientific discussions, even virtually. The main theme of this symposium is "Reinforcement of the Sustainable Development Goals Post Pandemic" as a part of the masterplan of United Nations for sustainable development goals in 2030. This symposium is attended by 348 presenters from Indonesia, Malaysia, UK, Scotland, Thailand, Taiwan, Tanzania and Timor Leste which published 202 papers. Furthermore, we are delighted to introduce the proceedings of the 2nd Borobudur Symposium Borobudur on Humanities and Social Sciences 2020 (2nd BIS-HSS 2020). We hope our later discussion may result transfer of experiences and research findings from participants to others and from keynote speakers to participants. Also, we hope this event can create further research network.
