"Komunikasi adalah proses dimana individu mengirimkan rangsangan, biasanya dalam bentuk verbal, untuk mengubah perilaku orang lain," menurut Forsdale. Untuk memastikan bahwa pesan verbal dan nonverbal diinterpretasikan dengan benar, jaminan harus diberikan karena semakin besar perbedaan budaya, semakin banyak peluang untuk komunikasi antar budaya yang hilang. Karena ketika kita berbicara dengan seseorang dari budaya lain, ada juga perbedaan, tingkat pengetahuan, kesulitan meramal, ambiguitas, kebingungan, dan suasana misteri yang tak terduga. Kasar atau bahkan tidak membantu. Oleh karena itu, sesuai dengan judulnya "Problematika Teori dan Praktik Komunikasi" buku ini sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan keberhasilan komunikasi dengan orang lain yang merupakan inti dari komunikasi.
ILMU KESEHATAN
Kesehatan memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Tanpa kesehatan yang baik, manusia tidak dapat menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan optimal. Oleh karena itu, ilmu kesehatan merupakan sebuah disiplin ilmu yang sangat penting dalam memahami bagaimana manusia dapat memelihara dan meningkatkan kondisi kesehatannya. Buku Pengantar Ilmu Hukum ini disusun oleh para akademisi dan praktisi dalam bentuk buku kolaborasi. A History of Muslim Philosophy Volume 1, Book 1
About four years ago I received a letter from Mr. S. M. Sharif, Educational Adviser to the Government of Pakistan and now Secretary in the Ministry of Education, drawing my attention to the fact that there was no detailed History of Muslim Philosophy in the English language and inviting me to draw up a scheme for the preparation of such a History. The scheme prepared by me envisaged the collaboration of eighty scholars from all over the world. The blue‑prints of the plan were placed by Mr. S. M. Sharif before the Government of Pakistan for approval and provision of funds. The Cabinet by a special ordinance deputed me to edit the History, and appointed a Committee consisting of the following to steer the scheme through:

These are seen to include the Qu’ran as the central theophany of Islam, the Prophet who received the word of God and made it known to mankind and the rites of Islam.
