Slovenski izseljenci iz Prekmurja v Bethlehemu v ZDA (1893–1924)
Avtor je gradivo za knjigo zbiral polnih dvajset let. Med svojimi številnimi obiski v ZDA je pregledoval obsežno izvirno gradivo, uporabljal pa je tudi domače in tuje knjige in članke, saj slovenskih preglednih monografij, ki bi obravnavale to tematiko, do sedaj še ni bilo. V študiji je temeljito raziskal slovensko etnično skupnost iz Prekmurja in Porabja v Bethlehemu, od začetkov devetdesetih let 19. stoletja, torej od prihoda prvih prekmurskih Slovencev v Bethlehem, pa do leta 1924, ko so se ti priseljenci socialno, ekonomsko in družbeno utrdili. Osvetlil je zlasti vse tiste najpomembnejše zgodovinske, socialne in kulturne dejavnike, ki so pomagali ohranjati jezikovno, narodnostno in versko identiteto tega segmenta slovenskega izseljenstva.
Duden – Das Aussprachewörterbuch
Das Duden-Aussprachewörterbuch ist das Standardwerk zu Fragen der Aussprache und Betonung des Deutschen. Die 8. Auflage wurde um über 4000 Stichwörter erweitert und enthält 144.000 Aussprachen zu Wörtern und Namen, inklusive im Deutschen gebräuchlicher Fremdwörter und fremdsprachlicher Namen. Alle Stichwörter wurden vertont und die Audios sind als Download verfügbar. Ein ausführliches Kapitel beschreibt die Regeln der Lautung und in zahlreichen Infokästen finden sich Informationen zu Aussprachephänomenen wie der Sprechpause beim Gendern. Entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leibniz-Institut für Deutsche Sprache in Mannheim.
