So a strategy is needed to continue the academics activities. Virtual learning using technology is one way to keep the learning process running smoothly. Based on the situation, this year’s schedule of the Health Ministry Polytechnic of Padang 2022 wil focus on the substantial theme “The Role of Health Education in Preparedness Reserved Health Task Force for Disaster”, held in Padang, Indonesia, blended conference on 2nd – 3 rd November 2022. The conference particularly welcomes contributions from health educationalists, education managers, practitioners, researchers, and students. The number of participants conference is 35 participants for oral/ poster presentation.

Konsep Dasar Komunikasi Terapeutik, Manajemen Stres Kerja, dan Caring dalam Keperawatan
Manajemen keperawatan merupakan proses kerja setiap perawat dalam memberikan pengobatan dan kenyamanan terhadap pasien dengan cara merencanakan, mengatur, mengarahkan, dan mengawasi keuangan yang ada, peralatan dan sumber daya manusia untuk memberikan pengobatan yang efektif dan ekonomis kepada pasien. Fungsi manajemen mengalami perluasan sebagai proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, ketenagaan, pengarahan, dan pengawasan. Dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik perawat, manajemen stres kerja perawat dan pelayanan caring perawat, dimana ketiga hal ini berproses untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. BIC 2021
The Proceedings of Batusangkar International Conference VI (BIC VI), that was organized by Graduate Program of IAIN Batusangkar, was held in hybrid platform on 11-12 October 2021 with the main theme " Strengthening Life Harmony in 4.0 Era".
