Récit de soi et narrativité dans la construction de l’identité religieuse
L’identité se construit en partie en référence à des modèles. Ces modèles sont transmis entre autres par le moyen de récits auxquels il est possible de s’identifier. Dans le champ religieux, on peut distinguer quatre grands types de textes proposés comme matrices identificatoires: les mythes, des récits exemplaires (vies de saints…), des fictions utilisées à des fins pédagogiques (paraboles, visions…) et des récits autobiographiques (témoignages d’expériences). L’ouvrage parcourt ces quatre types de textes qui participent à la construction de l’identité narrative (Ricœur) par le tissage de l’histoire personnelle avec les matériaux fournis sous la forme d’histoires.
