Guna mencapai efektivitas dalam penyelenggaraannya, dibutuhkan panduan yang dapat dimanfaatkan mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran, kedokteran gigi, kebidanan, keperawatan, farmasi, kesehatan masyarakat, dan psikologi yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kesehatan sejak dari masa pendidikan, serta dibutuhkan kolaborasi interprofesi yang baik. Kolaborasi tersebut dimulai sedini mungkin, yakni pada tahap pendidikan melalui interprofessional education (IPE).
SIMULASI DALAM PENDIDIKAN KEBIDANAN
Simulasi merupakan suatu teknik pembelajaran yang menggantikan pengalaman klinik sesungguhnya melalui pengalaman yang diatur secara interaktif dan menempatkan peserta didik dalam situasi yang menyerupai kenyataan. Simulasi, yang terdiri dari briefing, implementasi, debrief, redo dan debrief setelah redo, merupakan cara yang efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung pencapaian luaran pembelajaran (learning outcome) dan profil lulusan yang tidak hanya care provider, tetapi juga manager, community leader, decision maker, dan communicator melalui clinical reasoning dan clinical judgement yang tepat dengan berdasar pada evidence (evidence based practice).

Of 520 convicted capital offenders sentenced to die between 1923 and 1972, 361 were actually executed, thus maintaining Texas’ traditional reputation as a staunch supporter of capital punishment.
