This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Symposium on Practical Aspects of Declarative Languages, PADL 2005, held in Long Beach, CA, USA in January 2005. The 17 revised full papers presented together with the abstracts of 2 invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 36 submissions.
