Rechtsterrorismus in der alten Bundesrepublik
Die politische und wissenschaftliche Aufmerksamkeit für rechtsterroristische Gewalt hat nach Bekanntwerden der Morde des NSU (Nationalsozialistischer Untergrund) zugenommen. Zugleich ist die lange Geschichte des Rechtsterrorismus in Deutschland im Detail und unter Auswertung zeitgenössischer Archivalien und Dokumente noch weitgehend unerforscht. Der Band versammelt entsprechend aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse zu rechtsterroristischer Gewalt in den 1980er Jahren, einer Hochphase dieser Gewaltpraxis. Die Herausgeber Hendrik Puls ist Doktorand an der sozialwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Ruhr-Universität Bochum und Mitglied der von der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung geförderten Nachwuchsforschungsgruppe "Rechtsextreme Gewaltdelinquenz und Praxis der Strafverfolgung". Dr. Fabian Virchow ist Professor für Theorien der Gesellschaft und Theorien politischen Handelns und Leiter des Forschungsschwerpunktes Rechtsextremismus/Neonazismus an der Hochschule Düsseldorf.

Thermal Effects in Complex Machining Processes
This contributed volume contains the research results of the priority programme (PP) 1480 “Modelling, Simulation and Compensation of Thermal Effects for Complex Machining Processes", funded by the German Research Society (DFG). The topical focus of this programme is the simulation-based prediction and compensation of thermally induced workpiece deviations and subsurface damage effects. The approach to the topic is genuinely interdisciplinary, covering all relevant machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding. The target audience primarily comprises research experts and practitioners in the field of production engineering, but the book may also be beneficial for graduate students.
