A segunda parte da obra versa sobre capítulos vinculados a temas atuais do Direito, redigidos por docentes e estudantes do Curso de Direito da Universidade de Sorocaba. De modo geral, os textos contemplam temas transversais e interdisciplinares dos mais atuais assuntos ligados à Educação brasileira e ao Direito.
