Biography of John Flynn (1880-1951), who was instrumental in founding the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the School of the Air, and patrol padres in the Australian Inland Mission, and was also involved in establishing a network of hospitals, flying doctors, nursing homes and welfare centres linked by radio.
