Selama menjalankan program pendidikan dokter Spesialis Obgin hampir semuanya diarahkan kepada penguasaan ilmu dan keterampilan untuk membuat diagnosis, dan mengambil keputusan ilmiah. Namun, pengetahuan mengenai pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai suatu soft skill masih sangat kurang, bahkan banyak yang tidak mendapatkannya sama sekali. Pembelajaran tentang menjadi pelatih yang efektif, terutama secara formal di Program Studi Pendi- dikan Dokter Spesialis, dipandang perlu dengan suatu metode yang menggunakan modul dan buku ajar. Untuk mengantar dan menuntun kemampuan mahasiswa di dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tersebut di atas maka diperlukan Buku Ajar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan: Acuan Belajar Divisi Obstetri Ginekologi. Buku Ajar ini bertujuan memberikan acuan dalam pencapaian kompetensi dokter berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia dan Modul Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Obgin dari Kolegium.
Etika dan Medikolegal
Selama menjalankan program pendidikan dokter Spesialis Obgin hampir semuanya diarahkan kepada penguasaan ilmu dan keterampilan untuk membuat diagnosis, dan mengambil keputusan ilmiah. Namun, pendidikan formal dan latihan dalam melakukan penilaian etik untuk menuju kepada pengambilan keputusan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, sangat sedikit, bahkan banyak yang tidak mendapatkannya sama sekali. Pengambilan keputusan etik perlu dibiasakan, terutama secara formal di Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis, dengan suatu metode yang menggunakan jalurpenalaran rasional. Untuk mengantar dan menuntun kemampuan mahasiswa di dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tersebut di atas maka diperlukan Buku Ajar Etika dan Medikolegal. Buku Ajar ini bertujuan memberikan acuan dalam pencapaian kompetensi Profesionalisme dokter berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia (SKDI) Pendidikan dokter spesialis Obgin dan Modul Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Obgin dari Kolegium.
