Bisher existierende Robotermodelle liefern keine Information über den Einfluss einzelner Komponenten. Die bereits existierenden Komponentenmodelle sind detailliert, aber rechenintensiv und erfordern eine hohe Detailkenntnis über den exakten Aufbau der Komponenten. In dieser Arbeit wird ein komponentenorientiertes Modell beschrieben, mit dessen Hilfe in einem frühen Entwurfsstadium Robotereigenschaften besser bewertet sowie Komponenten zielgerichtet ausgelegt werden können.
