Durante 2015 se llevó a cabo en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico una amplia reforma legal de los instrumentos de protección jurídica de la infancia y la adolescencia (LO 8/2015 y L 26/2015) y modificaciones introducidas por la L 15/2015 de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria que abarcan diferentes aspectos relativos al Derecho de la persona, de la familia y sobre cuestiones sucesorias. Psicología y Eutanasia
El 25 de marzo del 2021 se publicó en el BOE la Ley Orgánica 3/21 que regula la praxis de la eutanasia en España. El 25 de junio del 2021 entró en vigor. En esos mismos meses la división SEP y la división Psicología de la Salud del Consejo General de la Psicología de España concibieron una jornada que abordara los nexos entre Psicología y Eutanasia. Requirió un año de gestiones y el 3 de junio del 2022 se llevó a cabo.
