Planejamento tributário
É inegável que a tributação no Brasil é absurda e incoerente com a realidade vivida pelo povo brasileiro, pois, em muitas situações, a carga tributária chega a obstar que surjam novos negócios, bem como os que já existem não progridem no mercado. Restam ao contribuinte apenas três opções, quais sejam, sonegar os tributos devidos, o que jamais é indicado; pleitear uma reforma tributária, que, apesar dos esforços, não tem sido atendida; e, por fim, realizar o planejamento tributário, que é o tema objeto deste trabalho. O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar o planejamento tributário como uma ferramenta jurídico-gerencial, tendo em vista que essa é uma atividade preventiva da empresa, por sua vez, destinada à maior economia fiscal possível, reduzindo a carga tributária de acordo com o que está previsto em lei. Dessa forma, são expostas várias abordagens acerca do tema que auxiliam no seu entendimento, possibilitando compreender o papel do contribuinte frente ao planejamento tributário, visto que este deve participar ativamente desse processo.
