Gender Mainstreaming
Die vorliegende wissenschaftliche Arbeit untersucht die immer noch akute Problematik, dass die vollständige tatsächliche Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern in Deutschland auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und somit auch in der Gesellschaft längst noch nicht erreicht werden konnte – auch wenn bereits vielfältige Gender Mainstreaming Ansätze und ergänzende Frauenfördermaßnahmen in Politik und Wirtschaft umgesetzt werden. Zusätzlich zu einer umfassenden Analyse des Status Quos in Deutschland und im internationalen Vergleich mit Hilfe verschiedenster Kennzahlen, werden in dieser Arbeit die wesentlichen aktuellen Ansätze zur Förderung der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter im Rahmen von arbeitsmarktbezogenen politischen Aktivitäten in Deutschland untersucht und Best-Practice-Beispiele aus deutschen Unternehmen beleuchtet. Basierend auf einer ausführlichen Erläuterung der theoretischen Grundlagen des Gender Mainstreamings werden schließlich im letzten Teil der Arbeit zusätzliche arbeitsmarktbezogene Gender Mainstreaming Ansätze konzipiert und eine Prognose bzgl. der weiteren längerfristigen Entwicklung dieser Problematik gegeben.
