Kerja sama yang dijalin antara MGMP Geografi DKI Jakarta dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) menghasilkan sebuah karya Buku Resonansi 14. Buku tersebut merupakan kumpulan sebagian tulisan guru geografi anggota MGMP Geografi DKI Jakarta yang mendapat bimbingan langsung dari para dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS).
Resonansi Pemikiran ke-16
Buku Resonansi ke-16 mengambil tema “Mengintegrasikan Keilmuan dan Keagamaan di Masa Pandemi” tetap berkolaborasi dengan guru Geografi SMA di dua provinsi yaitu DIY dan Jawa Timur, bahkan menggandeng mahasiswa Geografi UMS yang sering menulis di koran. Guru yang menjadi author dalam buku ini adalah penulis yang memiliki kemampuan menulis yang luar biasa setelah mengikuti pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah yang diadakan oleh Fakultas Geografi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Buku ini terbentuk melalui kolaborasi antara Fakultas Geografi UMS dengan MGMP Geografi DIY, DKI Jakarta, dan beberapa kolega penulis resonansi sebelumnya.

This is an open access book.Related to the big theme of the SDGs reinforcement at our previous conference, we try to invite all academics and researchers around the world to participate in the 4th Borobudur International Symposium 2022 (4thBIS 2022). As we know, the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on all the 17 SDGs have demonstrated how what began as a health catastrophe swiftly transformed into a human, socioeconomic and environmental crisis. Merapi Volcano
This book provides the first comprehensive compilation of cutting-edge research on Merapi volcano on the island of Java, Indonesia, one of the most iconic volcanoes in the world. It integrates results from both the natural (geology, petrology, geochemistry, geophysics, physical volcanology) and social sciences, and provides state-of-the-art information on volcano monitoring, the assessment of volcanic hazards, and risk mitigation measures. As one of Indonesia’s most active and dangerous volcanoes, Merapi is perhaps best known for its pyroclastic density currents, which are produced by gravitational or explosive lava dome failures (commonly referred to as Merapi-type nuées ardentes). Merapi’s eruptions have posed a persistent threat to life, property and infrastructure within the densely populated areas on the volcano’s flanks, as demonstrated most recently by catastrophic eruptions, which attracted worldwide media interest.
