Daher steigt dieser Übungsfall zunächst auch sehr umfangreich in die Prüfung eines deliktischen Anspruchs ein. Ob und in welchem Umfang diese Ansprüche des Versicherungsnehmers dann per Gesetz auf den Versicherer übergehen, ist ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Falles.
