Vols. for 1963- include as pt. 2 of the Jan. issue: Medical subject headings.
The Wigner Symposium series is focussed on fundamental problems and new developments in physics and their experimental, theoretical and mathematical aspects. Particular emphasis is given to those topics which have developed from the work of Eugene P Wigner. The 2nd Wigner symposium is centered around notions of symmetry and geometry, the foundations of quantum mechanics, quantum optics and particle physics. Other fields like dynamical systems, neural networks and physics of information are also represented. This volume brings together 19 plenary lectures which survey latest developments and more than 130 contributed research reports.
This Three-Volume-Set constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Software Engineering and Computer Systems, ICSECS 2011, held in Kuantan, Malaysia, in June 2011. The 190 revised full papers presented together with invited papers in the three volumes were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on software engineering; network; bioinformatics and e-health; biometrics technologies; Web engineering; neural network; parallel and distributed; e-learning; ontology; image processing; information and data management; engineering; software security; graphics and multimedia; databases; algorithms; signal processing; software design/testing; e- technology; ad hoc networks; social networks; software process modeling; miscellaneous topics in software engineering and computer systems.
Comprehensive Inorganic Chemistry II, Nine Volume Set reviews and examines topics of relevance to today’s inorganic chemists. Covering more interdisciplinary and high impact areas, Comprehensive Inorganic Chemistry II includes biological inorganic chemistry, solid state chemistry, materials chemistry, and nanoscience. The work is designed to follow on, with a different viewpoint and format, from our 1973 work, Comprehensive Inorganic Chemistry, edited by Bailar, Emeléus, Nyholm, and Trotman-Dickenson, which has received over 2,000 citations. The new work will also complement other recent Elsevier works in this area, Comprehensive Coordination Chemistry and Comprehensive Organometallic Che...
This book constitutes the proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Security and Cryptography, SCN 2016, held in Amalfi, Italy, in August/September 2016. The 30 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 67 submissions. They are organized in topical sections on encryption; memory protection; multi-party computation; zero-knowledge proofs; efficient protocols; outsourcing computation; digital signatures; cryptanalysis; two-party computation; secret sharing; and obfuscation.
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th International Workshop on Security, IWSEC 2017, held in Hiroshima, Japan, in August/September 2017. The 11 regular papers and 3 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: post-quantum cryptography; system security; public key cryptosystems; cryptanalysis; and cryptographic protocols.
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 16th International Workshop on Security, IWSEC 2021, held in Tokyo, Japan in September 2021. The conference was held virtually due to COVID-19 pandemic. The 14 regular papers and 3 short paper presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: Lattice-Based Cryptography; System Security; Multiparty Computation; Machine Learning and Security; Post-quantum Cryptography; Symmetric-key Cryptography; Game Theory and Security.
This five-volume set, LNCS 14004 - 14008 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 42nd Annual International Conference on Theory and Applications of Cryptographic Techniques, Eurocrypt 2023, which was held in Lyon, France, in April 2023. The total of 109 full papers presented were carefully selected from 415 submissions. They are organized in topical sections as follows: Theoretical Foundations; Public Key Primitives with Advanced Functionalities; Classic Public Key Cryptography; Secure and Efficient Implementation, Cryptographic Engineering, and Real-World Cryptography; Symmetric Cryptology; and finally Multi-Party Computation and Zero-Knowledge.
TCC2010,the7thTheoryofCryptographyConference,washeldatETHZurich, Zurich, Switzerland, during February 9–11, 2010. TCC 2010 was sponsored by theInternationalAssociationofCryptologicResearch(IACR)andwasorganized in cooperation with the Information Security and Cryptography group at ETH Zurich. The GeneralChairsof the conferencewereMartin Hirt andUeli Maurer. The conference received 100 submissions, of which the Program Committee selected 33 for presentation at the conference. The Best Student Paper Award was given to Kai-Min Chung and Feng-Hao Liu for their paper “ParallelRepe- tion Theorems for Interactive Arguments.” These proceedings consist of revised versions of those 33 papers.
