SysOpen historiikki
SysOpen on listattu suomalainen tietotekniikka-alan palveluyhtiö, joka nykyisin tunnetaan Helsingin pörssissä Digia Oyj:nä. SysOpenin perustivat kesällä 1990 Kari Karvinen, Jorma Kylätie ja Matti Savolainen. Yhtiö toimi SysOpen-nimen alla kevääseen 2005, jolloin se yhdistyi hieman pienemmän ja listaamattoman Digia Oy:n kanssa. Yhdistynyt yhtiö oli aluksi nimeltään SysOpen Digia Oyj. Alkuvuonna 2008 nimi lyhennettiin Digia Oyj:ksi. Toukokuussa 2016 Digia Oyj:stä irtaantui osittaisjakaantumisen kautta oma erillinen pörssiyhtiö nimeltä Qt Group Oyj.
