Hardware and Software: Verification and Testing
This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post proceedings of the 5th International Haifa Verification Conference, HVC 2009, held in Haifa, Israel in October 2009. The 11 revised full papers presented together with four abstracts of invited lectures were carefully reviewed and selected from 23 submissions. The papers address all current issues, challenges and future directions of verification for hardware, software, and hybrid systems and present academic research in the verification of systems, generally divided into two paradigms - formal verification and dynamic verification (testing).
Theoretical Aspects of Computer Software
This volume constitutes the proceedings of the Fourth International Symposium on Theoretical Aspects of Computer Software (TACS 2001) held at Tohoku U- versity, Sendai, Japan in October 2001. The TACS symposium focuses on the theoretical foundations of progr- ming and their applications. As this volume shows, TACS is an international symposium, with participants from many di?erent institutions and countries. TACS 2001 was the fourth symposium in the TACS series, following TACS’91, TACS’94, and TACS’97, whose proceedings were published as Volumes 526, 789, and 1281, respectively, of Springer-Verlag’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. The TACS 2001 technical program consisted of invited talks and contributed talks. In conjunction with this program there was a special open lecture by Benjamin Pierce; this lecture was open to non-registrants. TACS 2001 bene?ted from the e?orts of many people; in particular, members of the Program Committee and the Organizing Committee. CONCUR 2003 - Concurrency Theory
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Concurrency Theory, CONCUR 2003, held in Marseille, France in September 2003. This open access two-volume set LNCS 13371 and 13372 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 34rd International Conference on Computer Aided Verification, CAV 2022, which was held in Haifa, Israel, in August 2022. The 40 full papers presented together with 9 tool papers and 2 case studies were carefully reviewed and selected from 209 submissions. The papers were organized in the following topical sections: Part I: Invited papers; formal methods for probabilistic programs; formal methods for neural networks; software Verification and model checking; hyperproperties and security; formal methods for hardware, cyber-physical, and hybrid systems. FSTTCS 2004: Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 24th International Conference on the Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science, FSTTCS 2004, held in Chennai, India, in December 2004. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Computer Aided Verification, CAV 2005, held in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK in July 2005. The 32 revised full papers presented together with 16 tool papers and 3 invited papers, as well as a report on a special tools competition were carefully reviewed and selected from 155 submissions. The papers cover all current issues in computer aided verification and model checking, ranging from foundational and methodological issues to the evaluation of major tools and systems.
Software Verification
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Verified Software, VSTTE 2021, and the 14th International Workshop on Numerical Software Verification, NSV 2021, held online, in July/ October 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. There were 10 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions. Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems
This open access book constitutes the proceedings of the 29th International Conference on Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems, TACAS 2023, which was held as part of the European Joint Conferences on Theory and Practice of Software, ETAPS 2023, during April 22-27, 2023, in Paris, France. TAPSOFT'97: Theory and Practice of Software Development
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Joint Conference CAAP/FASE on Theory and Practice of Software Development (TAPSOFT'97), held in Lille, France, in April 1997. The volume is organized in three parts: The first presents invited contributions, the second is devoted to trees in algebra in programming (CAAP) and the third to formal approaches in software engineering (FASE). The 30 revised full papers presented in the CAAP section were selected from 77 submissions; the 23 revised full papers presented in the FASE section were selected from 79 submissions.
