Lalu, perjalanan menuju hotel (akomodasi), restoran, mengunjungi berbagai daya tarik wisata, menukar uang mereka dengan rupiah, berbelanja, menggunakan berbagai fasilitas baik fasilitas umum maupun fasilitas pariwisata, berkomunikasi sampai dengan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat dan seterusnya haruslah mematuhi hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kepariwisataan bersifat multidimensi dan multidisiplin yang sarat dengan lalu lintas hukum. Artinya, banyak masalah hukum yang harus dapat dipahami agar pelaksanaan kepariwisataan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan adalah dasar hukum bagi pelaksanaan kepariwisataan di Indonesia. Untuk dapat mengimplementasikan hukum kepariwisataan tersebut, dibutuhkan metode atau cara yang mudah agar bisa dipahami oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan di bidang kepariwisataan.
