Aktuelle Herausforderungen und Entwicklungen des Konzernrechts
Die erste Tagung des Europa Instituts Zürich zum Konzernrecht gab einen Überblick über die neuesten Entwicklungen in einzelnen, für die Konzernpraxis in der täglichen Arbeit relevanten Rechtsgebieten.
