Diagnostisches Fallverstehen bei jungen geflüchteten Menschen
Viele junge Menschen, die vor Bedrohung, Verfolgung, Gewalt, Krieg und Perspektivlosigkeit fliehen, haben vor und während der Flucht potentiell traumatische Situationen erlebt. In Deutschland angekommen sind sie mit Entwicklungsaufgaben und Herausforderungen des Akkulturationsprozesses konfrontiert. Reichen personelle und informelle Ressourcen nicht aus, die Aufgaben zu bewältigen, wird professionelle Unterstützung notwendig. Für die fundierte Interventionsplanung und Begründung fachlicher (Nicht-)Intervention ist Soziale Diagnostik eine wichtige Basis. Hier knüpft das Ziel des Forschungsprojektes "TraM" (1919-2022, gefördert vom BMBF) an. Das Ergebnis ist ein Best-practice-Modell für Fachkräfte der Sozialen Arbeit. Das vorliegende Buch zeigt die theoretische Rahmung auf und stellt die empirischen Ergebnisse der Erstellung und formativen Evaluation des zielgruppenspezifischen Diagnostikmodells auf dem Weg dorthin dar. Anliegen des Buches ist, auf Basis der Ergebnisse und deren Entstehung zur Diskussion und Weiterentwicklung Sozialer Diagnostik in Wissenschaft und Praxis der Sozialen Arbeit beizutragen.
