A importância e necessidade da formação dos professores com qualidade para o Ensino Fundamental e Médio
No espaço escolar, uma das dificuldades encontradas pelos docentes é o exercício da reflexão sobre a prática pedagógica. A apropriação de teorias se constitui em um caminho para subsidiar essas reflexões e promover melhorias na prática do ensino. A partir das teorias, o professor pode aprimorar seu saber-fazer e seu instrumento de ação pedagógica. O objetivo do presente estudo é analisar os desafios do ensino de História na contemporaneidade. Os estudos apoiaram-se na realização de observações das práticas pedagógicas e, consequentemente, de registros decorrentes de reflexões diárias de aprendizagens. A partir daí, por meio da relação entre teoria e prática, reconhece-se a extrema importância que a reflexão crítica desempenha na formação de educadores e suas respectivas implicações sobre o exercício pedagógico. A metodologia adotada foi a revisão sistemática da bibliográfica específica, definindo a pesquisa, por conseguinte, enquanto qualitativa descritiva, de cunho indutivo, com posterior estudo de caso.
