OpenMP: Portable Multi-Level Parallelism on Modern Systems
This book constitutes the proceedings of the 16th International Workshop on OpenMP, IWOMP 2020, held in Austin, TX, USA, in September 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 21 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in this book. Die kurze Freiheitsstrafe
Die Arbeit widmet sich der Freiheitsstrafe als eingriffsintensivster Strafe des Sanktionensystems in ihrer kürzest möglichen Form. Untersucht werden die Anwendung und Wirksamkeit kurzer Freiheitsstrafen gemäß § 47 StGB im Hinblick auf die Strafzwecke und ihre gesetzeshistorische Intention. Vor dem Hintergrund einer evidenzbasierten Kriminalprävention bildet dabei die Analyse älterer und aktueller empirisch-kriminologischer Befunde zur spezial- und generalpräventiven Effektivität kurzer Freiheitsstrafen den Schwerpunkt der Arbeit.
