Escrever este livro foi um exercício prazeroso e interessante. Revisitei constantemente minha memória e busquei nas "gavetas" mais profundas as passagens fundamentais para a construção da minha carreira. Vivi intensamente o risco e a inovação. Caindo para cima não é uma história de bandidos ou mocinhos, do bem contra o mal e de sucessos e insucessos. Esta obra que ofereço é pura vivência! Isaac Newton um dia se sentou à sombra de uma macieira e ao levar uma maçã na cabeça descobriu a lei da gravidade. Segundo pesquisas, na época da alegada queda da maçã Newton não estava pronto para descobrir a Gravitação Universal, pois não possuía as ferramentas para tal. O fato teria sido inventado por ele mesmo para fortalecer e tornar crível sua alegação de que a descoberta ocorrera cerca de 20 anos antes. Pois bem, não refiz a lei e não sou físico, apenas uma metáfora capaz de transformar minha forma de pensar e agir. A maçã aqui apresentada é o próprio livro, deguste e aprecie esse fruto. Se no final restar apenas o caroço, será fantástico, mas também ficarei feliz com uma simples mordida. Boa leitura e ótimo proveito da maçã.
