In this paper, we proposed a different approach on bipolar neutrosophic soft sets and discussed their properties with examples which was initially introduced by Mumtaz Ali et al.[15]. Also we defined some similarity and entropy measurements between any two bipolar neutrosophic soft sets. Further, we proposed the representation of a 2-D digital image in bipolar neutrosophic soft domain. Finally, based on similarity measurements, we propose a decision making process of real-time problem in image analysis.
The term topology was introduced by Johann Beredict Listing in the 19th century. Closed sets are fundamental objects in a topological space. In this paper, we use neutrosophic vague sets and topological spaces and we construct and develop a new concept namely “neutrosophic vague topological spaces”. By using the fundamental definition and necessary example we have defined the neutrosophic vague topological spaces and have also discussed some of its properties. Also we have defined the neutrosophic vague continuity and neutrosophic vague compact space in neutrosophic vague topological spaces and their properties are deliberated.
Noise reduction of images is a challenging task in image processing. Salt and pepper noise is one kind of noise that a ects a gray-scale image signi cantly. Generally, the median lter is used to reduce salt and pepper noise; it gives optimum results while compared to other image lters. Median lter works only up to a certain level of noise intensity.
Neutrosophy is a branch of philosophy introduced by Florentin Smarandache. Neutrosophic set (NS) is the derivative of neutrosophy; it is a powerful tool to handle uncertainty. Here we applied neutrosophic set to gray scale image domain for image analysis. Several authors contributed in neutrosophic image analysis and image processing.
“Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc. Neutrosophy is a new branch of philosophy that studies the origin, nature, and scope of neutralities, as well as their interactions with different ideational spectra. This theory considers every notion or idea together with its opposite or negation
