El lèxic català dins la Romània
Partint de la polèmica al voltant de la subagrupació romànica del català i procurant superar-la, Germà Colón analitza el nostre lèxic des de diverses perspectives, confirma la seua vinculació al diasistema gàl·lic, to tenint en compte els elements constitutius, les afinitats i les discrepància amb l'aragonès i l'occità, i explica les causes històriques i d'evolució interna que han donat al català la seua fisonomia lèxica al sí de la Romània. La sèrie de qüestions ací plantejades prova que l'estudi atent del nostre cabal lexical és un aspecte prioritari de la lingüística neollatina, el qual ajuda a comprendre molts problemes d'abast general europeu.

Bibliographie Linguistique/ Linguistic Bibliography is the annual bibliography of linguistics published by the Permanent International Committee of Linguists under the auspices of the International Council of Philosophy and Humanistic Studies of UNESCO. Manual of Romance Word Classes
Word classes are linguistic categories serving as basis in the description of the vocabulary and grammar of natural languages. While important publications are regularly devoted to their definition, identification, and classification, in the field of Romance linguistics we lack a comprehensive, state-of-the-art overview of the current research. This Manual offers an updated and detailed discussion of all relevant aspects related to word classes in the Romance languages. In the first part, word classes are discussed from both a theoretical and historical point of view. The second part of the volume takes as its point of departure single word classes, described transversally in all the main Romance languages, while the third observes the relevant word classes from the point of view of specific Romance(-based) varieties. The fourth part explores Romance word classes at the interface of grammar and other fields of research. The Manual is intended as a reference work for all scholars and students interested in the description of both the standard, major Romance languages and the smaller, lesser described Romance(-based) varieties.
El solc de l'escriptura
Martí Domínguez i Barberà (1908-1984) ocupa un lloc destacat en la història del periodisme valencià del segle XX. En la dècada dels quaranta i cinquanta va assolir un notable protagonisme al capdavant del diari Las Provincias d'on va ser foragitat a causa dels continus enfrontaments amb la censura. Després, i fins la seua mort, va esdevenir un columnista de referència que no deixà mai de publicar. Entre altres capçaleres, en Levante, Hoja del Lunes, Valencia-fruits, Diario de Valencia i Noticias al Día. El present treball és el fruit de l'estudi d'aquest conjunt discursiu i culmina un procés de recerca de l'autor al voltant del Martí Domínguez periodista, iniciat el 1994 amb l'antologia d'articles Testimoni d'un temps.
