He tenido una doble intención: que pueda ser leído por adultos y jóvenes; y que los padres o educadores puedan usarlo con sus hijos o alumnos.

Como especialista en el área de salud mental, esperamos que el contenido de este manuscrito aporte conocimiento, así cómo estrategias específicas y ejercicios para que de esta forma se maneje la problemática del acoso escolar.
