This research paper intends to analyze the key dimensions more related to the perception among professors about the success in university educational service. From the thorough examination of the different parts of the study and empirical collected information, some relevant conclusions were obtained that contribute to complement the design and implementation of improvement lines in the current quality strategies in the college educational level, in particular from the perspective of the college faculty. We adjust previous information such as the adaptation of servqual and servqualing scales made previously on students. Multivariable statistical analysis was used (multiple regression and factorial reduction) complemented with validity and reliability tests on SPSS software. One of the most important contributions from this research was to explore in the professors a quantitative instrument in order to support institutional strategic planning and continuous improvement of educational service.

This book explores the interdisciplinary arena of peace studies and shows how the field has evolved and continues to grow and change. Dedicated to bringing students face to face with the grave injustices and violence in the contemporary world, it equips them with the tools to work for transformational change. Informed by an intersectional perspective, scholar-activist authors probe contested terrain, including teaching social justice from a place of privilege, decolonializing pedagogies, and community organizing. Games and simulations, storytelling, experiential integrated learning, and other pedagogical approaches are employed to encourage critical thinking, empathy, optimism, and activism.
Includes reviews of works written in languages of lesser currency, news from PEN Centres, original works, and papers delivered at International PEN congresses.
