Based on the spatial panel models for 2012–2017, she reveals the positive impact of SS industries’ employment dynamics on regional GDP per capita. Quatre ans après son premier Séminaire, le Groupe Pompidou a organisé de nouveau une rencontre de 66 experts de 25 pays européens, du Canada et des Etats-Unis, de la Commission européenne et de l'Observatoire européen des drogues et des toxicomanies pour faire le point. Cinq groupes de travail ont traité les aspects juridiques, la prévalence et l'évaluation des risques, les problèmes se posant dans la pratique policière, la prévention et les problèmes en relation avec les traitements de substitution. Sont présentés dans ce volume les rapports de base et les présentations soumis au séminaire ainsi que les conclusions et recommandations élaborées à l'issue de cette rencontre.
