Con la terminación del conflicto armado y la implementación del acuerdo firmado en 2016, se da a su vez la discusión acerca de cómo se ha puesto en práctica la Constitución, en qué contexto histórico y político se elaboró y cómo ha contribuido a la construcción de paz.
