La declaración de derechos de los campesinos y otras personas que trabajan en el mundo rural aprobada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el 18 de diciembre de 2018, esto es, hace poco más de un año, trae consigo un artículo diecisiete, en el que se crea un derecho a la tierra para tales personas.
