Los profesores de l’Ensenyament d’Història d’Amèrica, del "Departament d’Antropologia Social, Història d’Amèrica i Àfrica de la Universitat de Barcelona", hemos reunido a investigadores del pasado y presente latinoamericano para poder llevar a cabo rel "IV Encuentro Debate de América Latina ayer y hoy"..En esta ocasión la reunión se articuló alrededor del papel de la memoria, la creación y la historia como instrumentos que impiden el olvido del pasado. Por ello, el conjunto de textos aquí reunidos, elaborados desde muy diferentes perspectivas de análisis, múltiple y diverso tipo de documentación y variadas interpretaciones, dieron amplio juego en los debates y tertulias que se desarrollaron a lo largo de las jornadas y que esperamos continúen con la publicación de los mismos.

Características, posibilidades, experiencias concretas de diseño y uso de materiales y recursos didácticos en contextos comunitarios donde se desarrollan procesos educativos. Cómo se constituyen en un medio útil para favorecer procesos de aprendizaje. Incluye experiencias en distintos ámbitos: educación intercultural, museos, educación de personas adultas, animación y dinamización sociocultural, salud, municipio, biblioteca, videojuegos y educación ambiental. Este libro nos permite obtener información de primera mano y una visión amplia sobre cómo los recursos pueden ayudar a la mediación educativa en los distintos contextos que tratan.

Climate and Environmental Change in the Mediterranean Basin – Current Situation and Risks for the Future. First Mediterranean Assessment Report
The First Mediterranean Assessment Report (MAR1) prepared by the independent network of Mediterranean Experts on Climate and environmental Change (MedECC) founded in 2015 was published in November 2020. MAR1 assesses the best available scientific knowledge on climate and environmental change and associated risks in the Mediterranean Basin in order to render it accessible to policymakers, stakeholders and citizens. The report has been written by 190 scientists from 25 countries, all contributing in individual capacity and without financial compensation. The report includes a Summary for Policymakers (SPM), which comprises the key messages of the MAR1. The UNEP/MAP – Barcelona Convention Secretariat, through its Plan Bleu Regional Activity Center, and the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean work in partnership to support MedECC, and to contribute to establish a sound and transparent scientific assessment process.
Clinical Challenges in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases
Most symposia on chronic inflammatory bowel disease during the last few years have focused on new aspects of aetiology and pathophysiology. However, based on such new aspects, changes in diagnosis and treatment have been developed over the last few years and some others are currently under investigation. This book, the proceedings of Falk Symposium 97, `Clinical Challenges in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases - Diagnosis, Prognosis and Treatment', held in Lugano, Switzerland, 18-19 April 1997, summarizes these changes and new developments, discusses their value and defines further new approaches. The topics include primary diagnosis, definition of different patient groups, special problems of these patients in daily life and very new therapeutic principles. This volume opens new possibilities of diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease to physicians and provides stimulation for further development.
