Este livro é uma homenagem de amigas, amigos e colegas à Benedita Mac Crorie (1977-2021). Licenciada em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto (2000), doutora em Direito, na área do Direito Público, pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2011), foi professora na Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho durante 20 anos. Nele se reúne a biografia, quatro testemunhos e sessenta estudos, escritos para celebrar a vida da Benedita Mac Crorie e a amizade, que tanto e tão bem cultivou sempre.
Nessa obra encontram-se os resultados de pesquisas desenvolvidas em nível de pós-graduação (mestrado e doutorado) ao longo do 2o semestre de 2020 na Faculdade de Direito da USP.
