Este libro representa un capítulo de la historia de las carreras de Psicopedagogía, de su emergencia, devenires y desarrollos en el territorio de una Universidad Pública Argentina en el Centro Universitario Regional Zona Atlántica de la Universidad Nacional del Comahue (1972). La creación de la UNCo se dio en condiciones sociopolíticas que modificaron sustancialmente el estado del sistema universitario en nuestro país. El 26 de gener de 1939, a Barcelona es van imposar nous hàbits polítics i quotidians. Funcionaris i empleats residents a Catalunya ja abans de la guerra van col·laborar, de grat o per força, amb el nou règim i van mantenir en funcionament la nova estructura de poder creada el 1939. Alguns van fer el possible perquè no es perdés del tot la personalitat de Catalunya, d’altres es van adaptar sense reserves al nou estil de fer les coses. Aquest llibre parla d’aquesta gent, dels que es van quedar i van viure els primers moments de l’ocupació de la ciutat de Barcelona.
